Other sites
There are many possible places for informal and ad hoc games – anywhere with a hard-ish surface with a light gravel covering is suitable. Cornwall players have an annual meet in St Anthony’s Gardens, near the Promenade in Penzance, during the Golowan Festival (late June), and a regular winter ‘boules safari’, playing once a month at ‘unusual’ venues such as the car park at Geevor mine, Pendeen, and the Bike Chain café at Bissoe on the Mineral Tramways cycle trail.
Please get in touch through the Contact Us page if you know of other places to play in Cornwall.
